Public Affairs Manager for Arizona Department of Transportation, Julian Avila, addresses plans for Arizona's infrastructure through the Transportation and Trade Corridor Alliance. He said transportation is critical in Arizona's pursuit to attract more businesses and jobs. He also said ADOT continues to upgrade existing roads to keep Arizona's highways competitive and safe. Funding for highway projects comes from Federal and state funding sources, such as the Arizona gas tax.

Club Rotarian Wendy Bialek invited Renew co-founder Uswege Mwakapango and former Red Rock High School Adam Rubin to share the organization's mission with club members. Uswege said the non-profit was founded to help young people discover their value and find their purpose in life.
