Gifts for a family of 7, including five children, mom and grandmother, were delivered to the Sedona Food Bank Dec. 20.Using a wish list provided by the Food Bank, Rotarians selected gifts of clothes and toys for the children and household goods for the family -- including an area rug and chest of drawers. The family also received a $500 gift card.
Food Bank Director Cathleen Healy-Baiza writes:
"When Evelyn came back to the office to see all the gifts, she just broke down in tears. Words are not sufficient to explain her gratitude.
Jennette Bill hosted a wrapping party at her house to add a festive appearance to the gifts. Miki Dzugan delivered the gifts to Food Bank.
