David Simmer showed slides of photos that he took on his and Isabel's trip to Thailand and Cambodia.
The photos of Thailand presented a lively and varied cross section of Thai culture.
David contrasted the colorful Thai culture with Cambodia, where the people and culture were decimated by the Khmer Rouge during the Vietnam War era. Due to technical difficulties he was unable to show the photos from Cambodia. He promised to bring them to the 5th Tuesday Social next week.
Isabel attended the meeting as David's guest.
