Great Sedona Chili Cook-Off shaping up

Dave Young, chair of this year's May 6 Great Sedona Chili Cook-Off said the club is ready to solicit sponsors and restaurants. Dave added we have four weeks to gather major sponsors to meet advertising deadlines. He also reported two of three judges needed have committed. They are Elote Chef  Jeff Smedstad and Indian Gardens Chef Sam Williams. Both beer and wine to be served this year. For businesses wanting to donate silent auction items please contact Club President Jennette Bill.  A Tequila Tasting event will be held on Sunday, May 7. More information coming soon. A complete list of sponsorship levels and restaurant sign up forms are available on the Chili Cook-Off webpage at: http://sedonarotary.org/Page/the-great-sedona-chili-cook-off

Bashas' Community Cards benefit our Rotary Clubs

Did you know that Bashas' Community Cards allow you to designate 6% of all purchases you make to Rotary Club of Sedona? Foundation Director Dick Youngberg says we gain over $1,000 per year via these donations. And you can help, too. Dick carries Bashas' Community Cards to meetings. For $20.00 you get a card preloaded with $20.00. You simply load it as you would a debit card and use it to pay for all purchases at Bashas' (Food City and AJ's also). Bashas' automatically designates 6% of your total to our club. So easy to help our club and it costs you nothing! Please consider getting and using a Bashas' Community Card.
