This is a Special Club Meeting with all Members and Significant Others invited. We will be planning our fundraising campaign for our allows us to support our Club's philanthropy, give especially Community and Youth projects. This year, West Sedona School's Extended Day Program is a special area of focus for our fundraising. Our newest member Tracey McConnell will be helping us with this process. We'll have food, activities and fun as we build energy to promote our club and what we do. |

They are a model food distribution network that halps hundreds of food insecure families in the Verde Valley. Four Rotary clubs are banding together to work for a couple hours in the warehouse. Eric is the founder of the Low Income Student Aid program which has been extended to Sedona within the last year. Established in 2017, Low Income Student Aid is a 501C(3) charitable corporation. The purpose and activities of LISA, Inc. are to benefit and enrich the educational experience of community low-income family children attending public schools in the Verde Valley by providing direct aid and services to students in need, and indirectly to the school. The 2025 District 5495 Conference of Clubs will be held at WeKoPa Casino and Golf Resort just north of Fountain Hills.

The 2024-25 Rotary year is passing by very quickly! It's already time to plan for our Conference of Clubs, May 2 and 3, 2025 which is a celebration of all the great works our clubs and members have supported. We will have special breakouts filled with new ideas and connections to one another.
And, special speakers. We are prepared to announce one today with more announcements in the days ahead.

District-Wide, 3 day Junior Rotary Younth Leadership Awards (RYLA) Camp in Prescott for 12-14 year olds. Through fun, challenging, team-building outdoor activities, young teens learner more about themselves, team-building, conflict resolution and the value of service to others. Area Rotary Clubs provide the $350/student scholarships to attend the camp. The students, and their parents, say the experience is life-changing. |
