Fourteen human books shared their stories during the Fifth Annual Sedona Human Library held Sept. 19, 10 to 1 pm. at the Sedona Public Library. Over 100 people attended resulting in over 300 readings. "In this time of pandemic it was an extraordinary turnout and all were respectful," said Margaret Joy Weaver, Sedona International City of Peace Board of Directors Chair. Margaret said readers posted they had tears of compassion and tears of triumph. The event was sponsored by Sedona International City of Peace, Sedona Public Library, City of Sedona, and Rotary Club of Sedona. The club thanks its members for volunteering and Interact students for preparing and distributing tickets and as table attendants.
