Tonya Watson helps define club culture

Past 5510 District Governor (2016-17) Tonya Watson plants seeds to help club prepare for the May 12 planning session. Tonya says club culture includes traditions, passions, communications, rituals, values, and the way you do things. When assessing your club's culture, she says it's important to ask "Is our culture the one we want to have? Is it a culture of welcoming, openness, and giving. Is it a culture of action, candor, progress, sharing the load." Tonya adds resource and reference materials can be accessed  at https://my.rotary.org/en.  She said every change begins with an idea. "Lead by example." Club President Dave Young announced the book "You Can't Be Too Careful" will be donated to the Sedona Public Library on Tonya's behalf. Thanks for visiting us Tonya!
